So I thought this video was hilarious.
Imagine seeing Rain on American television...
I LOVE Stephen Colbert even more now!

I read that some Koreans felt insulted...
Maybe they don't understand satire comedy which runs rampid in American pop culture.
I think Rain better get ready for the paparazzi and constant criticism if he wants to come to the US. As an American, I know how we completely bash and scrutinize our celebrities 24/7. Sure we look up to them and love their music/movies/shows...but we love getting personal...down and dirty.

panda party!

Today is/was my last Saturday at Penn State this school year.

My roommate and I held a end of the year party today. Over 30 showed up which means it was a big success hehe

My roommate had a ton of left-over meal points so we ordered party platters from Panda Express (ie. the best Chinese food you will ever eat). It was actually over $200!!
She had to use up her meal plan because the points don't transfer to next year.

I go back home on Monday.... =(

Today was a very special day at Penn State,
known as the Blue & White game.

It is held every year at Beaver stadium to mark the beginning of the next football season.
Because of this week’s Virginia Tech shootings, Penn State students showed their support.

As fellow college students it is very upsetting to see such a tragic event occur.
It makes us realize that something so awful could happen at Penn State too.
We should live each day to the fullest.

By sitting in the designated student section, we were each given
an orange or maroon shirt to represent Virginia Tech's school colors.
We formed a VT symbol.
Can you see me? I circled myself in yellow.

Penn State's school colors are of course, blue and white, so to wear orange and maroon on such an important day really means a lot.

In fact, I waited two hours yesterday to buy a Virgnia Tech t-shirt at the bookstore.

Today...was also very HOT and quite uncomfortable (I’m sunburnt!!)
but I had fun none the less :)

I haven't been here in so long, I almost forgot about it...almost.

I just wanted to stop by and let you know I am still alive.

Can you believe it, I'm in college?
Actually, my first year is over in three weeks!
Life has been crazy as heck lately.
I have so many projects, exams, and papers to write in such a short amount of time ㅠ.ㅜ
But...PENN STATE is the best school in the world.

Also, I am sure you heard about the Virgina Tech shootings.
I have friends who go there and I am happy to say that they are ok.
Please, pray for them.

Hopefully I can update more frequently over the next few months.
I look forward to summer vacation even though I must work.
